1. Service Description
EmployerLens provides employer health scores and company reports based on publicly available data. The service is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
2. Not Professional Advice
EmployerLens reports are not financial advice, legal advice, credit assessments, or investment recommendations. The information provided should not be the sole basis for any employment, financial, or legal decision.
3. Data Accuracy
We source data from Companies House, GOV.UK, and other public registers. While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information from third-party sources. Company information may be outdated if filings have not been made recently.
4. Scoring Methodology
Our scoring methodology is described on our Methodology page. Scores are calculated algorithmically and deterministically. Different users viewing the same company at the same time will see the same score.
5. Paid Reports
Paid reports are one-off purchases. Once generated, your report is available for immediate access. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmployerLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on the information provided.
7. Intellectual Property
The EmployerLens scoring methodology, website design, and generated reports are the intellectual property of EmployerLens. Public data sourced from Companies House and other government registers remains in the public domain.
